SUPPORT WORKER – WINSFORD

EXPERIENCE NOT ESSENTIAL

PAY IS CIRCA £24,000 FTE based on a 40-hour week

PAY IS CIRCA £29,000 FTE based on a 40-hour week + 2 Sleeping shifts per week

You don't need experience in care to apply:

Drivers with their own car will take precedent, however, Winsford residents who do not drive will also be considered.

At Archangel, we support adults with learning difficulties and other disabilities, mainly within Supported Living properties. We also provide some Outreach support.

We are looking for new candidates that are excited to get into the care sector for the first time, or experienced carers looking to work for a care provider that puts people first. We will provide and pay for full training.

Hours:

We have a variety of shifts and working patterns that can suit any level of availability including long shifts, short shifts, days, nights, weekdays and weekends. Alternate weekends are a requirement for this job.

Your work will be planned to ensure you routinely work with the same customers. We believe this will helps you provide high quality, consistent care.

Whatever your availability, we want to hear from you. We can offer full-time, part-time and BANK contract, which allow you to pick up shifts from the overtime sheet as and when suits you.

Remuneration

Basic rate: £11 per hour
Overtime: £12.25-12.50 per hour
Sleeping shifts: £6 per hour
Bank holidays: £15-20 per hour
Mileage contribution. We factor travel time into pay when applicable.
We also pay into your holiday pot, which accrues separately at a rate of £1.21 to £2.41 per hour depending on the type of shift you are working
