Our client is a highly successful Tech company based in Peterborough with hybrid working, they are a leading global Tech firm that builds software for blue-chip clients. They are well-known leaders in business data analytics.
Our client is looking for an Automated Test Engineer (Automated, C#, Selenium) who is enthusiastic about testing software at scale and is happy to guide cross-functional teams in contemporary quality principles whether that is theory or practical solutions. They are looking for a strong individual contributor, capable of understanding complex business requirements and converting them to understandable test cases, driving test execution, and designing repeatable tests for automation.
In this role you'll be driving the creation of test plans and test cases, efficiently execute test cases across all functional and UI areas of their products and drive a test automation process that allows working on and providing test automation for the items delivered on each sprint, at the appropriate test levels. You'll also collaborate with developers, engineers and product owners through the Agile software development and testing lifecycle, review requirements, specifications, and technical designs
The ideal Automated Test Engineer will have experience in some or all the following (full training will be provided to fill any gaps in your skills set): C#, Selenium, Specflow, SQL, API, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, metadata.
The Automated Test Engineer position comes with the following benefits:
Location: Peterborough / Hybrid Working
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
