Trainee Service Advisor - Barnsley

• Basic Salary: up to £21,000 (OTE: £25,000)
• Monday - Friday
• Every other Saturday

Our client is looking to take on a new Trainee Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

As a member of the service team, you’ll not only support the growth and success of your branch ensuring value is added with every customer interaction.

For this Trainee Service Advisor Role you will be:

• One of the first point of contact for customers in the branch.
• Greeting and Liaising with customers
• Convert inbound / outbound calls into bookings in line
• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advising on technical queries/issues.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.
• Taking payments from customers

For this Trainee Service Advisor Role you will need:

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Care
• Ability to communicate face to face in a professional manner
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Proficient use of computers and confident in learning new computer systems
• Friendly and Approachable personality

The successful Trainee Service Advisor will get:

• OTE up to £25,000
• Very competitive basic salary
