Anglesey Abbey is one of the most visited properties in the National Trust, Europe's largest conservation charity. Our Jacobean-style house, magnificent gardens and working watermill provide the backbone to a great day out, which also includes our great children's play areas, Redwoods Restaurant and a high-quality retail offer.

What you'll be doing:As Visitor Experience Officer, you will help to deliver the day-to-day operations. You will enable a broad range of audiences to enjoy Anglesey, by ensuring that we always reach high presentation standards and through constantly seeking ways in which we can improve. You will need to be a great team player, building effective working relationships with staff and volunteers from across the Property. You will also be part of the duty management team where you will support others and troubleshoot problems as they arise. Naturally, you'll be required to work weekends, as part of a rota.
